Adult sized scissors (good ones), 1 reusable/refillable water bottle, 2 packages of notebook paper- keep 1 at home and send in when they run out, #2 pencils or mechanical pencils with replacement lead, erasers, 1 roll of tape, 1 package of color pencils, 4 color pens, 3 fine-point black Sharpie markers, 1 pack of regular markers, 1 ruler, 1 backpack (if rolling backpack~ small size please~ no suitcases!), 2 highlighters, 1 -100 sheets of loose graph paper, 2 reams of copy paper, 1 large canister of Clorox Wipes, 2 boxes of Kleenex, Athletic shoes for P.E, 1- 7 pocket accordion portfolio, 1 pencil pouch (no boxes as desks are small), 2- 9¾ x 7½ college rule composition books, 1 small, non electric pencil sharpener, 4 glue sticks, 1 basic calculator.

 

 

In addition to the things on the 5th grade list, each student needs to bring to class… a mini stapler and staples, mechanical pencils and replacement lead, a binder for their lined and graph paper (please do not bring soft sided binders or anything big because our desks are small ☺), a pocket dictionary or an electronic dictionary, 1 basic calculator, 4 glue sticks, small ear bud head phones, a flash drive, & a small pencil box. Optional: with a signed permission slip students can bring in their e-readers or Ipads. Students who bring them to class will have to sign an accountability contract with me.
